PLIF联合内固定治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨后路减压椎间植骨融合(Posterior lumbar interbody fusion,PLIF)联合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:对复发性腰椎间盘突出症患者41例采用PLIF联合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,其中L4/5节段22例,L5/S1节段14例,联合5例,其中合并椎管狭窄25例,合并腰椎滑脱8例。观察患者术前及术后3月、末次随访的JOA评分、VAS,测量手术前后的腰椎前凸角(lumbar lordosis,LL)、椎间隙高度比值(Interventebral disc height ratio)。结果:所有患者随访时间12~18个月,平均14.6个月。术后JOA评分、VAS、LL、椎间隙高度均较术前有明显统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论:后路减压椎间植骨融合(PLIF)联合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症可达到充分减压,缓解症状,稳定融合,获得良好的近期疗效。
