摘要
目的探讨腰痛1号颗粒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法收集2014年1月～2015年12月中国中医科学院广安门医院南区门诊患者病例中单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,采用区组随机法分为两组,治疗组：腰痛1号颗粒剂水冲服,早晚各1袋,连用2周;对照组：腰痛宁胶囊口服,5粒/次,1次/d,连服2周。治疗前后进行疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、日本整形外科学会的腰痛疾患疗效（JOA）评分、血清白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）含量测定。结果治疗后,治疗组与对照组VAS[（1.9±0.2）、（4.0±0.4）分]、JOA评分[（89.74±4.23）、（76.03±4.14）分]比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前后IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组治疗后的IL-1β[（5.27±1.06）pg/m L]、IL-6[（20.93±3.42）pg/m L]、TNF-α[（13.33±3.02）pg/m L]含量显著低于对照组[（9.38±1.13）、（37.71±5.53）、（18.01±3.25）pg/m L],差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组患者治疗后腰腿痛情况多有减轻,均无皮肤过敏、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应,血常规、肝肾功能检查无异常变化。结论腰痛1号颗粒剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症能明显减轻腰腿痛症状,显著改善腰部及下肢功能,且携带、口服方便,避免煎药不当引起的疗效偏差。
Objective To study effect of Yaotong No.1 Granules in the treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods 60 single segmental lubar intervertebral disc protrusion outpatients in Southern District, Guang′anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medicial Sciences were collected from January 2014 to December 2015. The outpatients were divided into two groups by using the block random method. Treatment group was treated with oral Yaotong NO.1Granules, in the morning and evening each 1 bag, for 2 weeks. Control group was treated with oral Yaotongning Capsules, 5 pills/time, 1 time/d, for 2 weeks. VAS, JOA score, serum IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α contents were estimated before and after treatment. Results After treatment, VAS [（1.9 ±0.2）,（4.0 ±0.4） points] and JOA score [（89.74 ±4.23）,（76.03 ±4.14） points] in treatment group and control group were compared, with statistical differences（P〈0.01）. Clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Serum IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α contents of two group were compared before and after treatment, with statistical differences（P〈0.01）. After treatment, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-αcontents of treatment group [（5.27±1.06）,（20.93±3.42）,（13.33±3.02） pg/m L] were lower than those of control group[（9.38±1.13）,（37.71±5.53）,（18.01±3.25） pg/m L], with statistical differences（P〈0.01）. Lumbago, leg pain was relieved in two groups after treatment, with no erythra, hypersensitivity, abdominal pain, diarrhea, no abnormal change in routine blood, liver and kidney function. Conclusion Yaotong No.1 Granules in the treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion can obviously relieve lumbago, leg pain of parients, and significantly improve lumbar and lower limb function.Patients take it conveniently, and avoid improper tisanes the curative effect of deviation.
