摘要
水铝钙石属于水滑石类热稳定剂,它特殊的层状结构以及层间物质决定了它对聚氯乙烯(PVC)具有热稳定效果。通常合成出来的水铝钙石晶型并不太理想,在PVC中的分散性较差。本文采用了硬脂酸钠,硅烷和铝酸酯三种物质分别对水铝钙石进行了表面改性,并通过静态烘箱热老化实验对比了改性前后水铝钙石对PVC热稳定性的影响。结果表明,经改性后的水铝钙石表现出更优异的热稳定效果。
Hydrocalumite is a kind of hydrotalcite-like heat stabilizer, the special lamellar structure and interlayer material of which determines that it has thermal stability for PVC. The hydrocalumite synthesized by normal way can't have a perfect crystal form, leading to bad dispersibility in PVC. In this research, sodium stearate, silicane as well as aluminic acid ester were respectively used to modify the surface of hydrocalumite, what's more, the static oven heat aging experiments were used to compare thermal stability for PVC which used hydrocalunite before and after these modifications as stabilizer. As a result, the hydrocalumite which after being modified shows better thermal stability.
