有机改性水滑石在PVC热稳定剂中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 水滑石具有独特的层状结构特征,能有效地吸收PVC降解产生的氯化氢气体,缓解PVC热降解,与钙锌热稳定剂配位,有望替代有毒的铅、镉盐热稳定剂。但水滑石是无机功能材料,表面的有活性羟基官能团在干燥过程中粒子间产生团聚,在PVC分子中分散性和相容性差。因此,需要对水滑石进行有机改性,增强其分子间排斥性,降低颗粒间的团聚程度,提高其对PVC的热稳定性能。从有机改性剂的种类、有机改性剂的表现方法和有机改性剂添加方式三个方面综述有机改性水滑石在PVC热稳定剂中的应用,指出了有机改性剂对水滑石的未来发展趋势。 Hydrotalcite has a unique layered structure,which can effectively absorb the hydrogen chloride gas produced by PVC degradation,alleviate the thermal degradation of PVC,and coordinate with calcium-zinc thermal stabilizers,which is expected to replace toxic lead and cadmium salt thermal stabilizers.However,hydrotalcite is a kind of inorganic functional material.The active hydroxyl functional groups on the surface will agglomerate between particles during the drying process,and it has good dispersibility in PVC molecules and poor compatibility.Therefore,it is necessary to organically modify hydrotalcite to enhance its intermolecular repulsion,reduce the degree of agglomeration between particles,and improve its thermal stability to PVC.This article summarizes the application of organically modified hydrotalcite in PVC heat stabilizers from three aspects:the types of organic modifiers,the expression method of organic modifiers,and the way of adding organic modifiers.Pointed out the future development trend of organically modified hydrotalcite.
