摘要
基于国内外成功进行服务化转型的企业实践案例,从市场竞争、客户需求、战略(服务导向)三方面剖析其转型因素,并从竞争优势这一因素归纳探究企业服务化转型路径,最后从知识管理、规模效应、产品服务系统创新、企业业务四方面为我国企业服务化转型提供借鉴。以通过服务型制造的实施,促进制造业实现资源整合,提升制造业的服务能力,实现产品服务增值。
Based on practice cases of domestic and foreign enterprises' service transformation successfully,from the market competition,customer needs,strategic(service-oriented)analysis their transformation factors,we conclude and explore enterprise service transformation path from the competitive advantage,and finally from knowledge management,economies of scale,product service systems innovation,and enterprise business to provide a reference for our business transformation services.Through the implementation of service-oriented manufacturing,we can promote the manufacturing sector to achieve the integration of resources,enhance the service capabilities in manufacturing,and produce value-added services.
