摘要 针对CZ170型跨坐式单轨作业车进行应力试验。依据GB50458-2008跨坐式单轨交通设计规范对该型车辆转向架构架进行实时应力测试。采用应力应变原理,进行该型车辆转向架构架的强度测试和分析。测试得到跨坐式单轨作业车在平直道工况,弯道工况,上坡道工况,下坡道工况的应力值。根据该单轨转向架构架材料Q345A的相关材料特性以及机车车辆结构静强度评价方法进行评价结果。由测试结果知,在超常工况下,构架纵向梁与端梁的焊缝处应力较大,且最大应力值不超过许用应力,则构架结构满足应力要求。 This paper mainly introduces the stress test aiming at CZ170 straddle-type monorail vehicle.The stress test of bogie frame was performed according to the type monorail transportation design specification GB50458-2008,and the strength test and analysis was conducted using the theory of stress and strain.The stress values were obtained including static state conditions,straight road conditions,bend road conditions,downhill conditions.By the relevant material properties of bogie material Q345 Aand the static strength evaluation method based on the structure of rolling stock,the results were evaluated.The test results show that the stress of the weld position between the bogie frame longitudinal beam and the end beam has greater value in extraordinary conditions,the maximum stress value does not exceed the allowable stress value,and the frame structure can meet the stress requirements.
