基于CE的跨座式单轨车辆换轮流程再造与优化

摘要 此文对现有跨座式单轨车辆双轴转向架换轮作业进行了调研,并对其换轮作业流程进行了分析。根据分析结果,从提升单轨车辆换轮作业效率的角度出发,探讨采用并行工程设计理念对换轮作业流程进行再造与优化,在此基础上提出更为科学、高效、合理的换轮作业流程,按优化的作业流程进行换轮作业可提高12%的效率。 The wheel change operation of double axle bogie for straddle monorail vehicles are investigated in this paper,and the operation process of wheel changing is analyzed. According to the analysis result,the concurrent engineering design concept used to reengineer and optimize the wheel changing process is discussed from the perspective of improving operation efficiency. And the more scientific,efficient and reasonable operating process for wheel changing operation is put forward,which can increase the efficiency of 12%.
