摘要
以重庆跨坐式独轨列车6年多的运行情况为依据,对走行轮轮胎的磨耗进行了分析。通过大量数据处理,建立了走行轮状态分析系统。结果表明,该系统能够有效地预测走行轮磨耗到限时间和检测磨耗异常,可达到提高维修效率、降低维修成本的目的。
According to six years‘operational’ experience of straddle-type monorail train in Chongqing, the abrasion of running wheel is introduced and an analysis system based on a number of data is set up.The result shows that the system can effectively forecast the abrasion deadline of running wheel and check the abnormity of abrasion in order to achieve higher opertion efficiency and reduce the maintenance costs.
