摘要
设计直径为180 mm的平直叶片1和直径为210 mm的平直叶片2,以这两种直径不同的平直叶片作为致热器的搅拌叶片,并搭建一套风力致热装置。叙述风力搅拌至热试验,并分析试验结果,通过绘制温升曲线分析两种叶片的致热性能,发现平直叶片2的致热性能优于平直叶片1。
The flat blade 1 with diameter of 180 mm and flat blade 2 with diameter of 210 mm have been designed, and a windheating device has been set up with these two kinds of flat blades as its stirring blades. It is found that the heating performance of flat blade 2 is superior to that of flat blade 1 by drawing heating curve to analyze heating performance of these two blades.
