全球能源日趋短缺,发展可再生能源已成趋势,加之对船舶排放严格要求的形势下,推广发展风帆助航船可作为一种较理想的船舶节能减排措施。
As the energy resource is more and more in short supply all over the world, there is a trend to develop recyclable energy resource. Besides, the request on ship discharge will be more strict, so the windsail-assisted ship could be a good measure for ship energy-saving and discharge-reducing.
