摘要
从钢板焊接接头中锰、硫、磷含量对力学性能的影响出发,分析了16MnDR厚钢板焊接的难点和制订焊接工艺的原则。通过对50 mm厚16MnDR钢板进行焊接工艺试验,证明16MnDR厚钢板采用埋弧自动焊,用F5A2-H10Mn2焊丝和GXL-1101焊剂配组,得到的焊接接头进行焊后消除应力热处理,其焊接接头的力学性能完全符合标准的要求。
With the effects of manganese, sulfa and phosphorus to the mechanical properties of welding joint in steel plate, the key points in welding 16 MnDR thick plate and the principles of making welding procedure were analyzed. Through the test of welding procedure for 50 mm thick 16 MnDR plate, it was proved that for 16 MnDR plate, F5A2-H10Mn2 welding wire coupled with GXL-1101 flux can be used with automatic submerged arc welding, the mechanical properties of weld joint would wholly reach the requirements in the standard if post weld heat treatment is carried out for the joint.
