摘要
绝缘接头是管线阴极保护的重要元件,针对工程中常出现的绝缘接头泄漏问题,建立整体式绝缘接头有限元分析模型,重点研究了不同工况下绝缘接头O型密封圈的密封性能,并根据绝缘接头规范,讨论了绝缘接头在出厂试验中的结构强度问题。结果表明,单V形沟槽相对于矩形沟槽有更好的密封效果,整体式绝缘接头在内压和弯矩作用工况下具有良好的结构强度和密封性能,对绝缘接头和密封沟槽的选型及厂家进行出厂强度和密封性试验有一定的指导意义。
Insulation joint is an important component of cathodic protection of pipeline, it focuses on leak- age problem of insulation joint in engineering, the finite element analysis model of integral insulation joint is established, the sealing performance of insulation joint under different working cases is researched, oth- erwise according to code for insulation joint, the strength problem of insulation joint is discussed in factory test, the result shows rather than rectangle groove, the single-V groove has better sealing performance, the insulation joint has fine strength and sealing performance under internal pressure and bend, it has certain guiding significance for selection of insulation joint and sealing groove, and strength and sealing test in factory test.
