摘要
少腹逐瘀汤出自《医林改错》,由清代王清任所创,历经数代医家验用,具有活血祛瘀、温经止痛的作用,被誉为"调经种子第一方"。专为妇人小腹寒滞瘀积,冲任虚寒,瘀凝内阻,血不归经而设。临床常用于治疗寒凝血瘀,瘀滞冲任,气血运行不畅,不通则痛而引起的痛经、闭经、月经后期等病证。方中当归、川芎、赤芍活血散瘀,养血调经;小茴、干姜、官桂散寒通阳,温暖冲任;蒲黄、五灵脂、延胡索、没药活血祛瘀,散结定痛。诸药相配,共成化瘀散结、温阳散寒、调经止痛之功。韩延华教授近年来用少腹逐瘀汤治疗崩漏、痛经、癥瘕、不孕症等疗效显著。
Shaofu Zhuyu decoction from ＂yilingaicuo＂,created by Wang Qingren in Qing Dynasty,after several generations of physicians experience,with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,temperature the analgesic effect,known as＂Tiaojing zhongzi first party＂. For the woman alvine cold stagnation blood stasis,cold Chong and Ren,blood coagulation resistance,Blood Meridian. Clinical commonly used in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis,stagnation of Chong and Ren,blood runs sluggish,be illogical painful caused by dysmenorrhea,amenorrhea,menstrual period syndrome. Fang angelica,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix paeoniae rubra and promoting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,nourishing blood,regulating menstruation; fennel,dried ginger,Guan GUI Sanhan Tong Yang,warm Chong and Ren; cattail pollen,trogopterus dung,Rhizoma Corydalis,myrrh,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,scattered nodes and pain. The drug is a match,Huayusanjie,Yang cold,tiaojingzhitong. The author in recent years with Shaofuzhuyu Decoction in the treatment of uterine bleeding,dysmenorrhea,infertility and other treatment,the curative effect is.
