摘要
目的:观察电针傍刺对褥疮大鼠局部皮肤血流灌注量的影响。方法:将SD雌性大鼠用自制装置固定大鼠腿部近膝关节骨隆突造模处,采用缺血-再灌注损伤方式建立褥疮模型,将60只褥疮大鼠随机分为模型组和电针组,每组30只。再将其随机分为1、3、5、7、10天5个时间组,每小组6只。另设正常组6只。模型组给予碘伏常规治疗,电针组予以电针傍刺治疗。采用Peri Cam PSI系统监测SD大鼠褥疮组织不同时间血流灌注量的变化。结果:电针组于治疗后3天起血流平均灌注量逐渐增加,治疗后5天至7天血流平均灌注量增加明显,治疗后7天至10天起血流平均灌注量增加缓慢。电针组治疗后5天起血流平均灌注量与模型组比较,有统计学差异。结论:电针傍刺可以增加褥疮组织血流灌注量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bangci electroacupuncture on local skin blood flow perfusion in rats with pressure ulcer. Methods: By fixing SD female rats with device on the leg near the knee joint bone and with ischemia-reperfusion injury the bedsore model was set up. 60 bedsore rats were randomly divided into a model group and an electric acupuncture group,with 30 in each group. Then the rats in either group were randomly divided into 5 sub-groups,which were investigated on different days,1 d group,3 d group,5 d group,7 d group and 10 d group. Other six rats were allocated to the normal group. Rats in the model group were treated by iodine volts routine therapy. Rats in the electric acupuncture group were treated by Bangci electroacupuncture therapy. The quantity of blood perfusion in bedsore organization was monitored by Peri Cam PSI system on different days. Results: The average amount of blood flow perfusion in the curative group increased gradually after 3 days of treatment; 5 days to 7 days later the average blood flow perfusion increased too; after 7 days to 10 days the average amount of blood flow perfusion increased slowly. Compared with that in the model group,5 days later,the average blood flow perfusion in the curative group was statistically significant. Conclusion: Bangci electroacupuncture can increase blood flow perfusion of bedsore tissues.
