摘要
目的探讨德莫林喷剂治疗3级、4级放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法筛选笔者所在医院接受放射治疗后并发3级、4级放射性皮炎的患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组患者采用烧伤膏涂抹病变皮肤后将德莫林喷剂喷洒于皮肤表面,3次/d。对照组每日仅采用烧伤膏涂抹病变皮肤,3次/d。治疗20 d后,对比两组患者痊愈、好转、轻度好转、进展人数。结果试验组30例中,痊愈4例,好转17例,轻度好转9例,进展0例。对照组30例中,痊愈1例,好转8例,轻度好转20例,进展1例。两组患者的治疗效果存在统计学差异(P=0.002)。放疗停止后20 d试验组治愈率(13.3%)明显高于对照组(3.3%)。结论护理3、4级放射性皮炎时,添加德莫林喷剂可以明显加速皮肤修复速度,提高治愈效果。德莫林喷剂的使用值得在放射性皮炎的护理中进行推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 3 and 4 Grade of radioactive dermatitis treated with Demolin spray. Methods Screened 60 patients with this radioactive dermatitis in author＇s hospital were divided into trial group and control group randomly. The group adopted Demolin spray on the surface of the skin after MEBO,3 times/day. The control group,only MEBO daily,3 times a day. After 20 days of treatment,the number of cured,improved,invalid,progress of two groups were compared. Results The 30 patients in trial group,there were 4 patients were cured,17 got improved,9 slightly improved. The 30 patients in control group,there were 1 was cured,8 got improved,20 slightly improved,but 1 patient got deteriorated. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P=0.002）. At the 20 th day after the radiotherapy,the cure rate of trial group（13.3%） was significantly higher than that of control group（3.3%）. Conclusion Nursing care of 3 and 4 Grade radioactive dermatitis,and adding Demolin spray can obviously accelerate the speed of the skin repair,lift the healing effect. Thus worthy popularized in nursing care of radioactive dermatitis.
