摘要
新常态下有的放矢激发引擎,孕育经济新增长点,是实现海南经济提质增效的突破口.本文在深入剖析海南经济运行状况、存在主要问题的基础上,借鉴国外经济转型经验,提出了适应新常态海南经济提质增效的方向和重点.
Under the new normal,targeted excitation engine and nurturing new economic growth points are the breakthrough to improve Hainan economic quality and efficiency. Based on the detailed analysis of Hainan economic situation and major problems and with reference to the experience of economic transition of foreign countries,directions and focus of improvement of Hainan economic quality and efficiency are proposed to adapt to the new normal.
