摘要
一个国家的创新能力是该国争取国际竞争优势的决定性因素之一。创新指数能够从统计上综合反映一个国家的创新能力。本文从创新环境、创新投入、创新产出和创新成效这四个方面的指数进行统计与分析我国的创新能力,指出我国创新能力目前存在创新文化氛围缺失与体制性的弊端制约创新能力提升等问题,主要从创新环境、创新体制、创新投入和政府管理方面提出提高我国国家创新能力的建议。
In today＇s word,the national innovation ability has become the decisive factor the competitive advantage of nations.Innovation index can be statistically comprehensive reflection of country＇s innovation ability, through statistics and analysis in China from 2005 to 2012,innovation input,innovation output and innovation efficiency of these four aspects of the index,points out the problems of innovation capability in China are lack of innovation culture and institution innovation ability promotion,to improve our nation innovation ability the suggestion from the four parts of innovation environment,innovation system,innovation input and government management.
