摘要
目的总结10例婴儿恶性生殖细胞肿瘤化疗的护理体会。方法选择我院2008年6月至2014年6月收治的恶性生殖细胞肿瘤患儿10例,根据患者病情,选择合适的化疗药物,并给予相应护理干预措施,包括密切观察患儿病情、做好静脉通路的护理、对化疗药物不良反应的护理、对患儿及家属相应的心理护理。结果本研究10例恶性生殖细胞肿瘤患儿,经积极的治疗和护理,均痊愈并顺利出院。结论相应的护理干预措施是婴儿恶性生殖细胞肿瘤治疗成功的保障,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize nursing experience in 10 infant patients of malignant germ cell tumor with chemotherapy. Methods Select 10 cases of children with malignant germ cell tumor in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2014, according to the patient＇s condition, select the appropriate chemotherapy drugs, and appropriate nursing interventions, including close observation of children with the disease, good venous access care, care for chemotherapy adverse reactions of children and their families appropriate psychological care. Results In this study, 10 cases of children with malignant germ cell tumor, after active treatment and care, both recovered and was discharged. Conclusion Appropriate care interventions infants malignant germ cell tumor treatment guarantee of success, worthy of clinical application.
