摘要
校本教研活动是地方高校教师学习与交流的重要途径.有效开展教研活动能促进教师教学和科研水平的提升,促进教学改革的深入,提高教育教学质量.结合高校转型发展的新情况,指出了地方高校教研活动存在的主要问题,探讨了如何有效地开展教研活动.
It is an important way for higher education teachers to make their teaching research activities in the local teaching research activities. It is also effective to improve teachers’ teaching and their science re-search, advance teaching reform and promote teaching quality. Combing the situation of transition develop-ment in higher education, the paper points out the main problems in the local teaching research activities and probes into how to effectively carry out the teaching research activities.
