摘要
介绍黄龙滩电厂2号水轮机在改造过程中,经过对水轮机导叶立面间隙传统的调整方法进行科学分析,2号水轮机导叶立面间隙调整采用了新方法、新工艺,实施结果表明:机组运行平稳,无异常声响,导叶漏水量满足设计要求,效果好,可为类似情况提供借鉴。
In the renovation of the No. 2 hydro-turbine unit in Huanglongtan Hydropower Plant,an improved vertical clearance adjustment technique is adopted for guide vanes. Practice shows that after the adjustment,the unit operates stably without any abnormal noise and the water leakage through guide vanes meets the design requirement. It could be a useful reference for similar projects.
