摘要
对螺旋定子内腔曲面的形成原理及啮合方法进行了研究,并对国内外螺旋曲面的加工方法及应用做了一定的了解后,提出了挤压成型加工螺旋定子内腔曲面的方法。以螺旋定子为研究对象,通过建立其三维实体模型,利用有限元软件对其加工过程进行分析,得到不同温度下加工螺旋定子时所需推力,产生的内部应力及其导程的变化等重要参数,为使用挤压法制造螺旋定子提供了参考和依据。
This paper studied the application of the screw surface and development situation at home and abroad of its processing method. We research deeply into the screw surface forming principle and meshing method, and then we put forward the extrusion forming process in spiral curved surface based on detailed analysis of the existing mechanical processing method. With screw stator as the research object, by establishing the three-dimensional solid model, to simulate the machining process simulation by the finite element analysis software then conclude the the thrust force, the internal stress and the change of the lead which are the important parameters while processing screw stator in different temperature. It provides reference and basis for processing screw stator by extrution.
