摘要
《高职院校职业道德教育系统设计与实践研究》创设了适合高职学生在校学习期间的不同阶段(情境)职业道德教育内容、教育方法的教育方案,实现了职业道德教育的显性教育与隐性教育协调配合,体现了整体性和一致性,建立了有针对性、实效性的职业道德教育效果评价体系,推动了行动导向的课程教学改革,提高高职教学水平,提升学生职业素养,为学生和企业的可持续发展提供支撑。
The study designs the professional ethics education content, education method, education plan for higher vocational students during the different phases of study, realizing the coordination of dominant education and recessive education of professional ethics education and embodying the integrity and consistency. It establishes the targeted, effective evaluation system of professional ethics education, promotes the action-oriented curriculum teaching reform, which is helpful to improve the level of higher vocational teaching and students' professional quality, providing support for the sustainable development of the students and enterprises.
