摘要
针对高校教育信息化评价体系研究与设计中的不足,充分吸收高校教育信息化评价指标体系研究成果,用系统科学论的方法,对高校信息化评价指标的质性内容及多方面关系进行讨论,建立以指标观测点解释对应指标信息变量的多级指标评价体系;运用主成分投影分析法、熵权法和MATLAB数学软件,对样本学校的多级指标估算值进行数据处理与计算,建立具有操作性的投影值评估模型,并通过验证,为构建全面、客观、准确反映教育信息化构念的多指标综合评价体系进行了有益的探索。
Targeting at the shortcomings exposed in the researches and designs of higher education information construction(HEIC), this article fully synthesized results of the research on evaluation index system for HEIC, and by employing the scientific methodology of systematic theory, discussed qualitative contents of and multi- faceted relationship between evaluation index system for HEIC, and constructed multi- level evaluation system in which refined information variables of indicators index corresponds to interpretation of observation points, and processed and calculated multi- level index estimates of sample university by using main constituent projection method, entropy method and MATLAB, and therefore set up an operational assessment model of projection and verify that model, thus as a useful exploration to build a comprehensive, objective and accurate multi- level index comprehensive evaluation system for HEIC.
