摘要
对四川省革命老区文化产业综合评价有利于了解当前老区文化发展的薄弱环节。首先从文化产业发展实力等五个方面构建老区文化产业综合评价指标体系;再选取巴中、达州等老区为典型评价对象,引入多层次灰色模型及TOPSIS方法,客观评价文化产业发展水平高低及变动趋势,从静态和动态两方面对四川老区文化产业发展进行定量综合评价。结果表示,老区文化产业总体发展水平较低,发展不平衡现象严重。最后从红色资源、品牌建设及人才集聚等角度提出若干政策建议。
The comprehensive evaluation of the culture industry of Sichuan old revolutionary area is favorable to understand current weakness of cultural development in these areas. First, the comprehensive evaluation index system of the culture industry of the old revolutionary base areas is established from five aspects, such as culture industry development strength, etc. Some typical cities in these areas, such as Bazhong, Dazhou, etc, are chosen as evaluation objects. The culture industry development of the old revolutionary base areas in Sichuan province is evaluated quantitatively and comprehensively by multilevel grey evaluation method and TOPSIS method from two aspects of static and dynamic in order to evaluate the level and changing trend of culture industry development more objectively. The empirical results show the low level of the culture industry development in these areas and seriously unbalanced development. Finally, the article puts forward some policy suggestions from different aspects, such as red resources, brand building and talents, etc.
