摘要
农机校是农机培训的主要机构。当前,农业机械化的快速发展对农机培训工作提出了新的要求。阐述农机校培训工作的现状,分析新形势下农机校开展农机培训工作的有效措施,以期为促进农机校的自身发展与人才培养提供参考。
Agricultural machinery school is main department for agricultural machinery training. At present, the speedy development of agricultural mechanization raised new requests for the works of agricultural machinery training. In the article, it expounded training works status of agricultural machinery school, analyzed effective measures for carrying out the training works of agricultural machinery in the condition of new trend, in order to provide a reference for promoting self development of agricultural machinery school and personnel training.
