摘要
适应市场变化,加快农机教育培训步伐,是当前农机教育培训工作中的焦点问题。介绍辽宁省农机教育培训工作的发展现状,分析目前农机教育培训工作中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了增加资金投入、依靠政策导向、加强师资培训、改进教学手段等解决措施,以推动全省农机教育培训工作的进一步发展。
Adjusting to markets and accelerating agricultural machinery training is the focus in the present agricultural machinery training. This article deals with the present training work and development in this respect in Fuxin, analyses the existing problems and puts forward such countermeasures as increasing fund input, introducing favorite policies, strengthening trainings on teachers and improving teaching methods so as to further the development in this respect.
