摘要
工作坊模式作为一种新型教学模式,相对传统教学模式有着明显优势.在指出现有人才培养弊端的基础上,阐述了工作坊模式的开放性、自主性、实效性、情境性与结构性特点.讨论了工作坊人才培养模式建设的要素与举措.通过工作坊模式下的学徒制教学实践,发现该模式在调动学生学习积极性,提高其学习效率方面效果明显.
As a new kind of teaching mode,workshop talent training mode has obvious advantages compared to traditional teaching modes.Based on pointing out the disadvantages of current talent training modes,this paper expounds the features of workshop mode such as openness,autonomy,effectiveness,situationality and unstructuredness,discusses the elements and measures to construct workshop talenet training mode.Through apprentice teaching practice in workshop mode,we find that the mode has obvious effect on arousing the enthusiasm of students and improving their learning effectiveness.
