吸烟对牙周炎治疗前后龈沟液中弹性蛋白酶水平变化分析

Analysis of changes in smoking level of elastase in gingival crevicular fluid of periodontitis before and after treatment

摘要 目的研究分析吸烟对牙周炎治疗前、后龈沟液中弹性蛋白酶水平变化。方法选择2014年3月～2015年3月我院牙科收治的慢性牙周炎患者82例,分成吸烟组44例与非吸烟组38例,对比治疗前、后两组患者的BOP、PLI、CAL、GI等牙周相关指标及龈沟液EA-p、EA-s等指标变化。结果治疗前,吸烟组患者EA-s（0.44±0.36）、GI（1.24±0.31）水平明显小于非吸烟组的（1.04±0.94）、（1.60±0.37）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组患者的EA-s、GI水平均有所降低,但非吸烟组降低程度更加明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论吸烟的牙周炎患者龈沟液内的EA-s水平较低,而EA-p水平与非吸烟者无明显差异,治疗后吸烟患者与非吸烟患者的EA-p、EA-s水平均有所降低,而非吸烟者降低的更加明显,可能与牙周炎治疗效果有所联系。
