摘要
关节软骨属于透明软骨,由于其缺乏血管神经,自我修复能力差,目前临床上针对其损伤或病变的临床治疗方案并不能达到理想的修复效果。组织工程技术为关节软骨再生提供了新的方法,间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)作为重要的种子细胞之一,但目前仍存在由MSC分化而来的软骨组织表型不稳定,出现肥大、骨化的问题,制约了其应用。本文对基于MSC的组织工程软骨的组织表型稳定性研究进展进行综述。
Articular cartilage belongs to hyaline cartilage in histology. As an avascular and aneural tissue, articular cartilage has a limited capacity for spontaneous repair after injury and the currently clinical treatment for its damage or pathological changes cannot achieve ideal effect. Tissue engineering technology provides a new method for articular cartilage regeneration. As one of the most important seed cells, mesenchymal stem cell(MSC) was put prodigious faith by researchers. However, the chondrocytes and cartilage tissue obtained from MSCs are not stable and will easily lose their cellular and hyaline cartilage tissue phenotype, including hypertrophy and mineralization, which restrict its application. This article reviews the research progress of maintaining the phenotype stability of tissue engineering chondrocytes derived from MSC.
