摘要
该文就环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺聚合物(EPI-DMA)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)、硫酸铝及PAE+硫酸铝对烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)乳液施胶过程的增效作用进行研究、对比,包括检测各施胶增效体系的电荷密度、粒径分布等,考察施胶剂用量对成纸施胶度及熟化温度对增效作用的影响。结果表明:各增效剂均改变原AKD乳液的粒度分布;当施胶增效体系用量达到8.0kg/t(纸)时,且充分熟化后,施胶效果基本相同;EPI-DMA对促进AKD快速熟化效果最好,几乎不受熟化温度影响;提高熟化温度可以显著提升AKD+PAE+硫酸铝体系的施胶熟化速度。
Synergism effect study of EPI-DMA PAC PAE Alum and PAE&Alum on AKD size are compared in the paper, including measurement of charge density particle size distribution and etc, as well as,effect of sizing dosage on sizing performance and curing temperature. As shown in the result, particle size distribution is changed after each promoter addition; the same sizing performance is obtained as the dosage reach 8.0 kg/t paper with well curing; EPI-DMA is the best one which is able to speeding up curing without temperature effect; AKD+PAE+Alum system can be promoted by improving curing temperature.
