摘要
研究固体反应性AKD施胶剂的制备,并采用表面施胶的方法对其在瓦楞纸中的应用进行了研究。本研究用淀粉与固体反应型AKD施胶剂复配形成糊化淀粉体系进行表面施胶,通过分析讨论反应时间、反应温度和物料加入量对表面施胶效果的影响,得出了最佳应用工艺。结果表明:AKD原粉与非离子表面活性剂复配,在75℃下反应30 min后室温冷却即可得到固体反应型AKD施胶剂;在瓦楞纸中的应用工艺为:6%淀粉、0.06%固体AKD施胶剂、0.2%硫酸铝以及0.018%过硫酸铵在95℃的水浴反应30 min即可进行表面施胶。
A tdnd of solid reaction AKD sizing agent had been prepared, and its appfication on the corrugated paper was studied by using the method of surface sizing. In this study, its application had been researched by surface sizing with the gelafinized starch system of starch and solid reaction AKD sizing agent. The optimum application process had been obtained by analyzing the effect of surface sizing of the reaction time, reaction temperature and the material content. The results show that the solid reaction AKD sizing agent can be prepared by the AKD original powder compound with a non-ionic surface active agent reacting for 30 minutes at 75℃, then cooling at room temperature. The Application on the corrugated paper process is as follows: 6% of starch, 0.06% of solid AKD sizing agent, 0.2% of aluminum sulfate, and 0.018% of ammonium persulfate reacting for 30 minutes at 95℃ in a water bath, then surface sizing the corrugated paper.
