摘要
本文研究以小麦淀粉和十二烯基琥珀酸酐为原料制备酯化淀粉,探讨了反应时间、反应温度和微波对取代度的影响并得到最佳工艺条件:预处理淀粉经微波幅射 30秒后, 35℃水浴反应 7小时,可制得取代度为 0. 022的产品。
Wheat starch and dodecenly succinic anhydride were used to produce starch sodium alkenylsuccinate.The temperature,time and microwave were studied according to the degree of substitue and the optimum conditions were obtained:pretreated starch was radiated by microwave for 30 seconds then kept reaction for 7 hours at 35℃.The product’s final DS was 0.022.
