摘要
炭窑渠选煤厂针对煤泥压滤系统存在的问题进行了创新改造,首先改造分级旋流器入料系统和加药系统,为大型快开压滤机提供合适的入料粒度和浓度;其次对快开压滤机入料泵实现自身独特的变频控制,从而实现入料初期"大流量小扬程"逐步向后期"小流量大扬程"的平稳过渡;改造后充分发挥了压滤机的工艺性能,煤泥回收及时,循环水质量提高。
Aiming at problem existed in press filtration of coal slime at Tanyaoqu Coal Preparation Plant,an innovative transformation taken;the classifying feeding and reagent addition system transformed,supplying feed with suitable particle consist and pulp density for the large quick-open press filter;frequency change control of the feeding pump realized,i.e.,large flow rate at lower head in initial operation,gradual changed to small flow rate at high head in afterward operation;such transformation fully utilizing the technical characteristics of the press filter,recovery of coal slime at time,the quality of circulation water being high,the operation performance of all equipment improved.
