摘要
以选煤厂设备主要故障问题分析为基础,开展了选煤厂设备监控系统的设计研究,并将其在淮南煤矿中进行了应用测试。测试结果表明:该监控系统能对选煤厂设备的运行情况进行实时监测和监控,能较好地满足选煤厂设备的使用需求。这对提高选煤厂设备的工作效率及运行安全进行具有重要意义。
Based on the analysis of the main fault problems of the equipment in the coal preparation plant,the design and research of the equipment monitoring system in the coal preparation plant are carried out,and its application test is carried out in Huainan Coal Mine.The test results show that the monitoring system can monitor and monitor the operation of the equipment in the coal preparation plant in real time,and can better meet the use needs of the equipment in the coal preparation plant,which is of great significance to improve the working efficiency and operation safety of the equipment in the coal preparation plant.
