摘要
农产品淘宝村是"互联网+三农"的典型产物。本文在界定农产品淘宝村概念的基础上,多案例研究农产品淘宝村形成机理,总结出一个包含产业基础、淘宝平台、基础设施与物流、新农人、市场需求五个要件的农产品淘宝村形成因素理论框架。该框架丰富了专业村领域的理论研究,并显示了案例的可复制性。政府应以特色农产品专业村作为农产品淘宝村的主要培育对象,以特色农产品的电商化作为区域农产品电子商务发展的突破口,加强基础设施建设,进一步完善物流体系,积极鼓励新农人返乡投身电子商务创业。
Agro-Taobao village is a typical evidence for the role of the Internet in solving issues of agriculture,farmers and rural area. Based on defining the concept of agro-Taobao village,this paper made a multiple-case study on the formation mechanism of agro-Taobao village and put forward a theoretical framework consisting of five factors,which are industrial base,Taobao platform,infrastructure and logistics,farmers with Internet gene,and market needs. This framework enriches the theoretical study of specialized village and shows that the existing cases can be duplicated to some extent. The government should take those specialized villages with characteristic agricultural products as the main cultivation objects for agro-Taobao village,promote e-commerce of regional agriculture by putting more emphasis on the e-commercialization of characteristic agricultural products,enhance infrastructure construction,improve logistics system,and encourage new generation farmers to return home to start a e-business.
