摘要
变压器耦合系数影响非接触变换器效率的关键因素。为提高非接触变压器的耦合系数,同时尽量减小其体积、质量,本文提出带屏蔽的绕组混合绕制的新型非接触变压器,并选用铝材料作为屏蔽材料,通过分析给出了屏蔽层的最佳长度公式。同时,结合新型变压器磁路仿真结果,给出其磁路模型,对磁芯中柱长度L做了优化:最后,本文制作了一个新型变压器,结果证明了所提出优化方法的可行性和有效性。
Coupling coefficient of a transformer is a key parameter affecting the efficiency of a eontactless energy transmission system. Aiming to obtain higher k, smaller size and lighter weight for the eontactless transformer, a new contaetless transformer with mixed coil and electromagnetic shielding was proposed. Aluminum material was used as a shielding material, and the optimum length was given. With the help of the magnetic field simulation results using Ansoft 2D, the optimum length of L was given. At last, a new contaetless transformer was achieved. Compared with our previous transformer, the new transformer offers about 10% in coupling coefficient at 10mm gap.
