大口径天然气管道环焊缝残余应力分布 被引量:6

摘要 天然气管道环焊缝残余应力直接影响管道承载能力和安全裕度。对两钢板焊接的热循环过程进行数值计算研究,确定焊缝及周边残余应力的分布特征;对某大口径天然气长输管道含环焊缝管段进行试验研究,分别采用矫顽力法、超声法和盲孔法表征管道环焊缝及周边残余应力,进而研究残余应力分布特征。结果表明,两类方法的焊缝和热影响区残余应力分布特征基本一致,证实了矫顽力法能精确刻画管道环焊缝及周边残余应力分布特征,为确保焊接管道服役安全提供重要的在线无损测量与评价方法。 The residual stress of the girth weld of natural gas pipeline directly affects the bearing capacity and safety margin of the pipeline.The numerical computation on the thermal cycling process on the welding of two steel plates was carried out,in order to determine the distribution characteristics of residual stress in the weld and surrounding areas.Then an experimental study was conducted on a large-diameter and long-distance natural gas pipeline with girth welds.The coercivity method,ultrasonic method and blind hole method were used to characterize the girth welds and the surrounding residual stress of the pipeline,and then the distribution characteristics of residual stress were studied.The results show that the residual stress distribution characteristics of weld and heat affected zone of the two methods are roughly consistent.The study shows that the coercive force method can accurately describe the distribution characteristics of residual stress in the girth weld and surrounding areas of the pipeline.This study can provide an important online nondestructive measurement and evaluation method for ensuring the service safety of welded pipelines.
