自导向弯孔加工装置设计及试验研究

摘要 随形冷却通道可有效降低模具的温度、提高产品质量,随形冷却通道由多段弯孔构成,基于电解加工原理提出自导向弯孔的加工方法。首先确定弯曲孔的加工原理和曲率控制原理,然后在此基础上将自导向弯孔加工装置分为三个系统,分别针对每一个系统,设计出切实可靠解决方案,从而完成整个装置的设计与建造,最后进行弯曲孔加工试验,并且对加工结果进行分析。 Conformal cooling channels can effectively reduce the mold temperature,improve the quality of products. Multi segment curved hole constitute the conformal cooling channel. Based on the principle of electrochemical machining self guiding curved hole processing method was presented. Firstly,the processing principle and curvature control principle of the curved hole was determined. And then on this basis,the self guiding curved hole processing device was divided into three systems. Respectively for each system,practical and reliable solutions were designed. So as to complete the design and construction of the whole device. Finally,machining experiment of self guiding curved hole processing device was performed. And the experiment result was analyzed.
