摘要
远程教育校外依托机构办学行为聚类研究,是办学行为评价诊断的基础性工作,也为教育行政部门和主办高校实行分类管理提供依据,促进办学行为的优化。根据远程教育的特点和实践,提出了依托机构办学行为分析指标体系。根据SOM网络高维输入、低维输出的特点,将其引入办学行为研究,实现高维数据的聚类分析。聚类结果较好地反映了依托机构办学行为的实际。
The cluster research of distance education's school behavior relying on outside agencies,which can provide evidence for the education administration and hosting universities when they implement the category management and promote the optimization of school behavior,it is the basis for the evaluation of diagnosis of school behavior. According to the characteristics and practice of distance education,it brings out indicator system for school behavior of relying agency. According to the characteristics of high- dimensional input and low- dimensional output of SOM network,it will implement high- dimensional data analysis for clustering if we introduced it into school behavior research. Clustering results can better reflect the actual school behavior of relying agency.
