摘要
采用高效液相色谱技术,测定不同产地半枝莲中野黄芩苷的含量。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈(A)-水溶液(0.1%醋酸,B)为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~60 min,5%~30%A;60~70 min,30%~100%A),流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长335 nm,进样量20μL。结果不同产地半枝莲中野黄芩苷的含量分别为江西1.08%、河南0.74%、湖南1.06%、四川0.61%、江苏0.91%、山东1.66%、河北0.39%、安徽0.54%。本实验所建立的方法简单、准确,能为评价半枝莲的内在质量提供一定的依据。
The content of scutellarin of herba scutellaria barbata derived from different places was determined by HPLC. The analysis was carried out on an Agilent ZORBAX SB- C18column(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) eluted with acetonitrile- water(0. 1% acetic acid) in linear gradient condition(0 ~ 60 min,5% ~ 30% A,60 ~ 70 min,30% ~100% A). The detection wavelength was 335 nm,the temperature of the column oven was 30 ℃,the flow rate was1 m L·min- 1,and the sample injection volume was 20 μL. As a result,the contents of scutellarin in herba scutellaria barbata from Jiangxi,Henan,Hunan,Sichuan,Jiangsu,Shandong,Heibei,Anhui were 1. 08%,0. 74%,1. 06%,0. 61%,0. 91%,1. 66%,0. 39%,0. 54%,respectively. The established method was simple,accuracy,and the results can provide useful reference date for evaluate the intrinsic quality of herba scutellaria barbata.
