半枝莲是南方常见的一种中草药,主要含有生物碱和黄酮化合物。半枝莲已经用于消化道癌、肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等的治疗上。文章从半枝莲的化学成分、提取工艺、成分检测方法、药理作用以及临床应用作了综述,为进一步开发利用半枝莲提供了参考。
Scutellaria barbata D.Don is a plant native to southern China. In the clinic, the herb has been used in the treatment of digestive system cancers, hepatoma, lung cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer and so on. The herb is known to contain alkaloids and flavones. The research progresses on chemical constituents, extracting technique, of Scutellaria barbata is reviewed, which is D.Don. determination, pharmacological and clinical effects a reference to develop and use Scutellaria barbata D.Don.
