摘要
本文引入软件工程领域"内聚、耦合"理论,采用物理学容量耦合概念,以甘肃省科技重大专项为例,分析产学研耦合下的高内聚发展机理及路径。研究表明,产学研结合只是手段,只有提升企业、产业、产品的自主创新能力,在核心产业、关键领域建立自主研发机构,增强创新主体"内聚"力,才能推动创新能力的持续发展。
This research used the theory of "cohesion and coupling" that comes from software engineering and the coupling concept of physical capacity,to analyze the internal coupling mechanism and path of development in case of Major Science and Technology of Gansu province. The results show that industry-university-research institute collaboration is just a means. To promote the sustainable development of the innovation ability,we should enhance the capability of independent innovation of enterprises,industries and products,establish the independent research and development institutions in the core industries and key areas,and enhance cohesion and innovation.
