摘要
构建了涵盖海洋科技创新支撑条件、海洋科技创新运行条件、海洋科技创新成果情况3个方面,包含10个指标的海洋科技创新能力的综合评价指标体系,运用因子分析法,对广东与其他主要地区的海洋科技创新能力进行横向比较分析。结果表明:创新实现因子、基础环境因子、创新保障因子是影响广东省海洋科技创新能力的主要因子。综合来看,广东海洋科技创新能力的综合得分靠前,排名第3,但是在三大因子的各自排名中相对靠后。
A comprehensive evaluation index system of ocean science and technology innovation ability includes three indicators____the innovation support conditions,the operation and the innovation achievement conditions. With the factor analysis method,we analyze the relationship between Guangdong and other major areas in the marine science and technology innovation. The result shows that the innovation realization,the basic environment and the innovation guarantee are the main factors influencing the marine science and technology innovation ability of Guangdong. On the whole,the comprehensive score of Guangdong marine science and technology innovation ability is ranked the third,but it is relatively backward in the respective rankings of the three factors.
