摘要 目的:选择沙苑子有效成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验研究提取时间、提取次数、醇浓度、醇倍量对干膏、总黄酮含量的影响,用三氯化铝显色在510 nm下测吸光度来计算总黄酮的含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为A3B1C3D3即40倍量20%乙醇提取3次,每次3小时。结论:正交实验得出的最佳提取条件具有可行性、稳定性、可靠性、准确性,适合于大批量生产。 Objective: Select on the extracting effective components form, astragalus complanatus. Methods: Orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of four extracting factors(ethanol volume, extracting extraction time and ethanol consistence) on dry extract rate and flavonoid content, calculate the content of the flavonoid with aluminum trichloride coloration by measuring absorbance at the wavelength of 510 nm. Results: The optimum extracting process was A3B1C3D3,the ethanol volume being 40 times of the weight medicinal material,extraction for three times and 3 hours each time, and 20 % ethanil consistence. Conclusion: The extracting process for Astragalus effective components by orthogonal test is a feasible, stable, reliable, accurate method and is fit for mass production.
