摘要
目的探讨沙苑子对大强度耐力训练大鼠不同组织中NO含量和血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性的影响,为沙苑子作为运动补剂提供理论依据。方法选取24只大鼠,随机分为安静组、训练组和训练加沙苑子组。训练组与训练加沙苑子组按照训练模型进行为期6周的耐力训练,最后一次训练进行一次力竭性运动,力竭后取不同组织和血并进行样本处理。结果与安静组比较,训练力竭组大鼠不同组织NO含量较显著升高(P<0.01),血清ALT、AST、LDH和CK活性显著升高(P<0.01);与训练力竭组比较,沙苑子组大鼠不同组织NO含量较显著升高(P<0.05),血清ALT、AST、LDH和CK活性有较显著下降(P<0.05)。结论沙苑子可以使运动训练大鼠不同组织中NO的含量升高,有效保护NOS活性;显著降低运动训练和力竭运动造成的大鼠血清酶活性过度升高,从而提高大鼠的运动能力,延缓运动疲劳的产生。
Objective The effects of Semen Astragali complanati extract on NO in different tissues and enzymatic activities of ALT, AST, LDH and CK in serum for the exhaustive exercise rats were studied to provide experimental basis for using Semen Astragali complanati as a sport supplement. Methods Twenty-four rats were divided into 3 groups: control group, exercise group and Semen Astragali complanati group. Exercise group and Semen Astragali complanati group had been trained 6 weeks of great intensity of endurance training. At last train, those two groups were trained by exhaustive exercise, and different tissues and blood were then sampled. Results The content of NO, and enzymatic activities of ALT, AST, LDH and CK were obviously higher in the exercise group than in control group (P〈 0.01); compared with exercise group, NO content and ALT, AST, LDH and CK activities fell significantly in Semen Astragali complanati group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Semen Astragali complanati increases the content of NO in different tissues, protects NOS enzyme activity, and prevents the excessive increase of serum enzymatic activities to enhance rats' exercise ability and fight fatigue.
