沙苑子总黄酮对运动训练大鼠血液中某些生化指标影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的测定大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)的活性和血液中血尿素氮(BUN)、血糖(GLUC)、血红蛋白(Hb)的含量,考察沙苑子对运动训练大鼠重要脏器的保护作用。方法本实验以成年雄性Sprague-Daw-ley(SD)大鼠为研究对象,建立力竭跑台运动训练模型。结果力竭运动导致大鼠血清ALT、AST、LDH、CK活性和血BUN值较安静组大鼠显著性升高(P<0.01),G luc、Hb含量较安静组大鼠显著性降低(P<0.01)。服用沙苑子组的大鼠血清ALT、AST、LDH、CK活性和血BUN值极显著低于运动力竭组,G luc、Hb含量显著高于运动力竭组。结论沙苑子总黄酮可保护大鼠重要器官免受运动损伤,有利于维持运动过程中血红蛋白和血糖水平的稳定,明显延缓大鼠运动性疲劳的发生,使大鼠运动能力明显提高。 Objective Through the changes of activities of serum ALT,AS T, LDH, CK and contents of BUN Gluc, Hb were observed , the protecting roles of Astragalus Flavone on the important organs. Methods This experiment set up a training model of exhausted running table as the subjects of Sprague - Dawley ( SD ). Results Flavone caused the experimental rat comparatively higher levels ALT , AST , LDH, CK, and BUN than control group rat ( P 〈0.01 ). while the levels of Gluc. Hb were lower than the control group rat ( P 〈0.01 ). The mice which take the astragalus have lower ALT, AST, LDH, CK then the Flavone group while the figures of Clue, Hb were higher than that of it. Conclusion Astragalus Flavone have an obvious effect on the mice's exercise performance, hence, it could be developed and explored as a sports nutrition.
