摘要
随着我国高等教育的发展,我国高等教育多元化办学已经成为必然的趋势.同时,在我国多元化办学体制下,我国高校学生工作的开展情况也有所差异.文章从我国多元化办学体制的现状出发,对高等教育办学多元化的必然性进行了分析,同时结合高校学生工作的差异,对如何更好地在多元化办学体制下开展学生工作进行了探讨,希望进一步促进高校的改革与发展,促进学生工作顺利进行,为广大学子营造有益的学习环境。
With the development of higher education in our country, the diversified education has become the inevitable trend of higher education in China, at the same time, under the diversified education system in our country,student management in colleges and universities has become different. Starting from the present situation of diversified education system in our country, this paper analyzes the necessity of diversification of higher education running,at the same time, combines with the difference of management of university students to discuss how to better the student management under the system of diversified education, further promoting the reform and development of colleges and universities as well as the student work smoothly, and creating a good learning environment for students.
