摘要
溶解性有机质(DOM)在天然水体中普遍存在,是环境中重要的天然有机配体,由于含有羧基、羟基和羰基等活性官能团能与重金属发生络合、螯合反应,从而影响重金属在环境中的迁移转化、生物有效性和最终归宿。从DOM的来源和组成,DOM和重金属的相互作用,以及DOM存在下重金属生物有效性预测模型及其应用等方面进行了评述,并对DOM影响重金属生物有效性的作用机理进行了阐述。
Dissolved organic matter(DOM), widely presenting in aquatic environment, is an important natural organic ligand due to its active functional groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl and carbonyl can complexation and chelating with heavy metals,which affect the transport and transformation, bioavailability and fate of heavy metals in the water environment. This article summarized the source and composition of DOM, the interaction between DOM and heavy metals, and the prediction models for the bioavailability of heavy metals in the presence of DOM. In addition, the paper described the application of models, and illustrated the mechanism of DOM affecting heavy metal bioavailability.
