摘要
苏州市清单工作大气污染物产污系数的选取思路是前期采用文献调研法,后期有条件再分行业选择代表性企业进行实测来修订前期选用的系数,实现系数本地化。介绍了清单系数本地化的技术路线,以钢铁行业为例,选择代表性企业,通过实际监测数据推算系数值,对修订的系数进行分析校核,并分析系数可适用性。
List of atmospheric pollutants producing coefficient selection idea in Suzhou city is prior to using the literature research method. The late coefficient of industry selection of representative enterprises was then measured to revise the pre selection for implementing the localization coefficient. In this paper, we introduced the technical route of the localization of the list coefficient, took the steel industry as an example, selected the representative enterprise, and then finally analyzed the revised coefficient by the actual monitoring data.
