摘要
据联合国环境规划署1988年公布的统计资料显示,SO2已成为世界第一大污染物,人类每年向大气排放的SO2达118亿吨。我国1995年SO2排放量为2 341万吨,超过美国,已经成为二氧化硫排放大国。介绍一种基于SIEMENS S7-400H的电厂环保脱硫控制系统,扼要介绍了环保脱硫系统的组成,阐述了主控系统的组成和功能。该系统依照PLC的特点采用典型的方法来实现对电厂烟气脱硫系统进行控制,可以保证不出现误操作事故,还增加了相当部分条件和I/O测点,这种方式可以较方便地对PLC系统进行检查,同时增大了控制的可靠性,已经成功应用于某电厂环保脱硫系统,可达到预期效果。
This paper deals with an automatic control system for desulfurating flue gas of power plants based on SIEMENS S7-400H, including the system structure of desulfurating of flue gas, the composition and the function of the main control system. The control system accorded with the characteristics of PLC, used the typical method to realize the control of the desulfurating flue gas of power plants; it also added some parts of the conditions and I/O points. The system is reliable in performance. It has been applied to a power plant successfully and has proved to be effective.
